Driving Directions to our Bellevue Office

From I-405 Corridor

• Take NE 4^th Exit heading west (towards downtown Bellevue)
• Turn left on 108^th Ave NE (you will see Expedia offices in front of you.  They are across the street from our building:  the Puget Sound Energy building)
• From left turn lane, take immediate left into our parking garage
• Take parking ticket and park in “Visitor” spot on the first 2 levels of parking garage.  Take parking garage elevators to “Lobby”
• From the Lobby, we are on Floor 14
• We will validate your parking ticket at our offices on the 14^th floor

 

From Seattle

• Take I-90 eastbound and head north on I-405
• Take the NE 4^th St. Exit heading west towards downtown Bellevue
• Continue same as above

 

From Seattle North

• Take 520 eastbound
• Take I-405 southbound
• Take the NE 4^th St. Exit heading west towards downtown Bellevue

• Turn right onto S. Grady Way - Go 0.65 miles.
• Turn left onto Williams Ave - Go 0.56 miles. You will go through two stoplights – the second one is South 2 nd Street - 116 WILLIAMS AVE S is on the right, two doors down from US Bank and across the street from Merrill Gardens Retirement Home on the left.

 

From Bellevue via I-405

• Merge onto Sunset Blvd/WA-900 W via EXIT 4 toward WA-169 S/Enumclaw/Renton.
• Take the 1st right onto N 3rd St – Go 0.05 miles.
• Stay straight to go onto Factory Pl - Go 0.16 miles.
• Turn slight left onto N 4th St - Go 0.36 miles.
• Turn left onto Williams Ave. - Go 0.45 miles.
• 116 WILLIAMS AVE S is on the left, across the street from Merrill Gardens Retirement Home.

 

From Seattle/Tacoma via I-5

• Merge onto I-405 N via EXIT 154A/B toward Renton – Go 1.98 miles.
• Take the WA-167 S exit, EXIT 2, toward Renton/Auburn. Keep left to take the Rainier Ave S ramp toward Renton – Go .52 miles.
• Merge onto WA-167 N toward Renton/Rainier Ave S.- Go 0.40 miles.
• Turn right onto S. Grady Way - Go 0.65 miles.
• Turn left onto Williams Ave - Go 0.56 miles. You will go through two stoplights – the second one is South 2 nd Street - 116 WILLIAMS AVE S is on the right, two doors down from US Bank and across the street from Merrill Gardens Retirement Home on the left.
